Welcome to the Urban Myths website. The chances are, that if you have come this far, you are looking for ideas or information that are unusual, or even suppressed. You will see things here that you may not find on many British high-streets, or those in other parts of the world for that matter. We specialise in selling books and hand-crafted goods, but with a difference!

The Urban Myths shop is situated in the Grand Central Building in Liverpool. In our shop, you can buy:
books on a range of subjects including, spirituality, altenative health and well-being, science, exotic travel, earth mysteries, UFOs, conspiracies, green politics and alternatives to corporate consumerism;
fair trade hand-made gifts for every occasion and locally made hand-crafted cards;
jewellery with a difference. Whether you are interested in costume jewellery, or are interested in our exclusive range of hand-made Pachakut'i Andean silverware from the north of Argentina, you will find something to delight you;
fair trade homeware and soft-furnishings. All our items are hand-made and include rugs, cushion covers, bedspreads, curtains mirrors and vases.
